My building has been charging me for common area utilities and it was never stated in rental agreement. It only shows I owe my own unit utilities. I also am charged 3x for sewage. I live in a 500sf apartment and my utility bill is $160/month.See 001872-24

Renting apartment since July and temperature is always very warm, no windows in bedroom. Last tenant was able to break lease due to heat conditions. Contacted management and HVAC company found out there's a ventilation issue that cannot be fixed. Told tenant to run AC unit. Suggested to move to another unit without pay.

Building has sprayed glyphosate on rooftop and other landscaped areas and continues to spray weekly with no posted signage, no warnings or notifications at all to community

They have hired landscapers to spray glyphosate all over the rooftop and other landscaped areas without posting any signage in sprayed areas or warning residents in any way. They continue to spray weekly. This violates state laws around pesticide use.
