Complaint: LandLord/Tenant
Opened October 21, 2026
Tenants rights questions regarding other tenant constantly making noise. Tenant has let Mgmt. aware nothing has been done. What can be done, what are rights? Issue not being addressed. Neighbor made a false statement against complainant when she complained about his noise making. This has happened twice now and now Mgmt. is being combative. What are rights?
