Our apartment complex is undergoing an exterior building renovation which has caused excessive noise, holes in the walls of our neighbors apartments, and made the walkways throughout the building into a construction site. In addition, we are long term tenants that have requested maintenance for a hole in our kitchen floor for years (we were told replacing flooring is too messy for an occupied unit). Furthermore, our cabinetry has compromised hardware and adhesives making them a safety hazard. I

Ventilation fan is too noisy and needs to be serviced. The fan gets louder as the day goes on, and the volume of the noise is also affected by weather conditions. The complainant can allow access into the building.
