Per CSB: The entire neighborhood is being woken up by the LOUDEST heavy machinery on I-5 (Roanoke southbound exit). No notice of this work was given. It is 3am. It started at 11pm, went on for an hour. Started again at 2:30am. It's 3am. I work 70 hour work weeks and I was so exhausted and excited to sleep fully tonight. It is inexcusable to not give notice of something like this.
