On Friday, August 7, 2026, at approximately 5:00 PM, I was trapped inside the freight elevator of this building for approximately 15 to 30 minutes. The elevator's emergency Fire Alarm button did not function when pressed. The emergency call box inside the elevator also did not connect to anyone; it rang through to a dead end or voicemail message with no live response. CSB The second elevator (there are only two) in our 50 unit apartment complex has been broken for over 60 days. The building management hasn't filed a permit to fix it and some of us tenants are concerned it's a violation of the city codes. Residents have been moving in and out, reserving the elevator, not letting others use it, which also may violate the ADA
