Per first 9/30/13 e-mail from Susan Chang to Dave Cordaro: "...Neighbor to the north [of 2657 Perkins Ln W] is doing some drilling. Sam now has a landslide to the north of his house. He went out to talk to the driller and met with Gary Flowers who is supervising the drilling. Gary apparently looked at his slide and is continuing with the work.We aren't certain what is going on. I suppose it is possible that with all the wet weather, the additional vibrations from drilling are causing soil move
