tenant rights want to terminate my lease due to severe respiratory problemsin my 2 small children due to theblack mold problems.1) house misrepresented on Zillow as 1800 square feet with $4k rent, but only 750 square feet on 1st floor that is inhabitable2) water and mold in unfinished basement that landlady does not want to deal with not willing to make repairs
