Per online complaint: "Provail operates a business in a single-family zone. The business uses magnetic door sensors on all their doors, the noise produced can be heard clearly from a long distance and is a nuisance to neighbors at all hours of day and night. Patients also create loud disturbances late at night." Is use permitted in zone? David George says not a noise issue; business is a home for patients with cerebal palsy.
