This house has frequent renters coming & going. They very frequently dump household goods and large amounts of garbage on the sidewalk and parking strip. I have attempted to contact Bungalow.com who manages the house with no response. I have seen rats in the yard & around the garbage.

Garbage is constantly left out across the driveway, sidewalk, and road in front of the home. It is a hazard to my child, my dog, my neighbor's cats, and local wildlife.

Per Online; I live in a house with 7 other roommates. The room above me has been comprehensively tested and has black mold. My roommate has since moved out and asked me to file this complaint. It needs serious attention and sterilization.
