The buildings are infested with roaches. Even online reviews show photos of how bad it is. Management keeps claiming they're scheduling pest control, but then pest control never shows up. The nature of my complaint is that this infestation was clearly present prior to my move-in date. I have documented evidence (photos/videos) that shows the extent of the roaches, their droppings, and insect activity in key areas like the kitchen, bathroom, and behind appliances.
