The construction at multiple corners of the intersection of South McClellan Street and Martin Luther King Jr Way S has made safe pedestrian crossing impossible, and there is no alternate safe pedestrian route as necessitated by city code. The buildings are infested with roaches. Even online reviews show photos of how bad it is. Management keeps claiming they're scheduling pest control, but then pest control never shows up. That's happened twice in just the past few weeks. Meanwhile, tenants are having to buy their own traps and poisons just to keep roaches out or their beds and pantry. The nature of my complaint is that this infestation was clearly present prior to my move-in date. I have documented evidence (photos/videos) that shows the extent of the roaches, their droppings, and insect activity in key areas like the kitchen, bathroom, and behind appliances.
