Per Online; The property owner at 2811 13th Ave S, Seattle Wa 98144 has made it known that they plan to build a 1000 sq ft 2 story ADU in their backyard. Our concern is about the condition of the existing sewer lines. The sewer card shows that 8 homes currently rely on one connected sewer system that goes to the main sewer line on 13th Ave S. It has already been brought to our attention that damage exists to the sewer lines under the ground at the junction and need to be rep
