Complaint: LandLord/Tenant

Opened July 18, 2024

Deposit was not returned after move out. I vacated the premises June 16th and it is now more than 30 days after move out. Landlord sent itemized list of what was deducted from deposit but provided no invoices/receipts to back up their deductions. Additionally they replaced blinds that were not noted to be broken in the move-out checklist. They also charged for 3 hours of painting for a 167sq/ft apartment when there were only a few blemishes that required painting over.
