I am submitting this complaint regarding multiple ongoing habitability, health, and safety violations at my building, 2821 14th Ave W, managed by North Pacific Properties.Over the last several months, our unit and the overall building have been affected by repeated water damage, unsafe conditions, unannounced utility shut-offs, incomplete repairs, and lack of remediation. Uninhabitable apartment for over a month. No dry walls on ceiling and walls in the entry hallway and two bedrooms. Down to the studs with exposed wires, plumbing, electrical box, and multiple nails jutting out throughout unit. Water damage incident on July 13th, 2025: Unit above ours had a 12yr old water heater go out and water was rushing through our walls and ceiling, leaking out of our ceiling in multiple areas, light fixture, and electrical box.
