Per online complaint, "Landlord let us to move in (feb) knowing the heating unit was blowing out cold air, It took 7 weeks to replace the unit, and only after we reminded him that its against the law. The off button on the oven does not work, so we cannot use it. Electrical outlets: either tops or bottoms don't work." COMPLAINANT IS MOVING OUT OCTOBER 31, 2011.
