Received rent increase. Raising over 10%. Raised rent, water/sewer/garbage, laundry, and garage. Increase of base rent 1525 to 1670. Water/sewer/garbage from 100 to 150. Laundry raised from 25 to 35. Optional garage from 100 to 150. All increases are above 12.5%. Landlord also told him there was no cap he could charge for utilities and garage. Tenant also overpaid by $25 for 7 months. Seeking info on how to retrieve funds. Seeking tenant rights
