Per online complaint, "Low hanging tree limbs over the sidewalk and street (NE 110th) obscure the driveway at 2827 NE 110th, and obscure the school zone speed limit sign just to the east of the 2827 driveway. The property owner at 2827 NE 110th is elderly and has concerns about safety and speeds in front of her driveway."
