CONSTRUCTION--per online--The construction by Greenbuild Development LLC at the neighboring lot 2830 SW Dakota St is interfering with common utilities without providing notice. A week ago they shut off the water and I did not have water for most of the day and then it was brown when they turned it back on. Today they are doing construction on the road and cut off access to half of the street. I was not provided written notice of these utility disruptions.
