Adjacent grass plot on the southern corner of 3rd and NW Market St intersection is overgrown and obstructing public right of way. Please have landscaping services trim overgrown grass that is blocking sidewalk. This grass plot is considered public land but is required to be maintained by the adjacent property owner.
