We hear that pin piling will begin on Thursday, June 17th, on the property at 2830 46th Ave W and are concerned about disturbance to the breeding eagles close by. We understand that the city has already delayed its wall construction along the slide area on Perkins Lane near this property (and directly across from the eagles) until September, when the young will have fledged. Ideally the pin piling at this property will also be delayed until then. We are also concerned

Per CSB; Developer Pacific Seattle LLC plans to divide this parcel into two parcels with plans to build a second house (record # 003907-19PA). However, this land is designated as an ECA9 wildlife habitat, which, pursuant to code 25.09.040, requires a permit and approval prior to development. No permit has been requested as of yet.

Neighbor has a pond in the backyard in an ECA, no permits. Excavation was done but pond has been there for years. Mosquitoes and algae causing health issues. Complainant says you can contact him to see from his property.
