Exterior lighting on the side of the apartment buidling is really bright and pierces onto our property. It is really bright and does not have a shield on top, thereby penetrating our living room and our bedroom.Clearly the light seems to be in violation of city code 23.44.008.H

per 6/7/14 email (attached) from Tim Harris at SCL they noticed new EKM meter at this location. Previously there was a case for adding an 8th unit w/o permits; they obtained bldg permit only apparently.Please take photos of electrical work w/o permits. THX!
