PER CSB COMPLAINT: The junk heap next door just keys [sic] growing and growing. This is about the tenth tube I've tried to get something done about this. Blocking access to my Garbage cans, eyesore, and just a bunch of Garbage that never gets cleaned up. Please help!

Per CSB: This is what they consider cleaning up. Who can I disk with to get this taken care of? People rummage through this junk heap at all hours of the day and night. Can't access my garbage cans. Looks terrible.
