Had a sewage backup water and sewage running thru the apts. Had standing water and sewage sitting on floors and walls for hours. They are supposed to replace the carpet and that's it, there is damage to the floors, walls and cabinets. They are only fixing part of the issue. Tenants furniture and other belongings have been ruined, they have to throw it away. In the past there have been leaks in the unit, mold in the closets has not been fixed.
