My current fixed-term lease at Eastlake 2851 Apartments expires on August 31, 2026. Prior to expiration, I negotiated lease renewal terms directly with Property Manager Angie Salazar. On July 29, 2026, management extended a formal written renewal offer via email for a 12-month lease at $2,259/month, which I accepted in writing via email. Management replied confirming that an agreement had been reached and uploaded the formal 12-month lease agreement reflecting the $2,259/month rate to my online
