Construction work on Eastlake Avenue near building started up before 3AM this morning, and fairly consistently begins outside of noise ordinance hours. Excavator being used as well as other heavy machinery.

Constructions, sawing metal, and climbing the light poles and shining bright lights into my BEDROOM WINDOW at 11:00 PM. I have to get up for WORK at 5 AM. They didn't do any of this bs ALL DAY and suddenly they're sawing through metal sheets and yelling at each other at 11:00 at night. Do this shit during normal daytime hours. This is directly in front of the Coronado and Valencia apartment buildings.

Maintenance requests are not being completed in a timely manner and the state of the building is constantly in various stages of construction and damage with days in between cleanups with no prior notices. There has been broken glass, construction materials, wires, construction people in our entryways and walkways with no prior notices. I personally have have a fridge that JUST got replaced on 9/5 after the initial reach out from 7/22 that it wasn't cooling to a low enough temperature.There
