"Per online complaint" there is a byc on this property and i don't see any RRIO for either the byc or the primary residence. this seems to me to be a violation since there are renters living in the primary dwelling. Ongoing 10/31/2012

Illegal dwelling unit. Owner does not live in either the main house or the ADU.Complainant is upset becouse this complaint was made suposed to be made in conjunction with SR 44798. Was told it would be added to complaint but I saw nothing regarding Ilegal ADU.

Per 4/15/13 online complaint: " DADU area appears to exceed 800 sq. ft. DADU appears to exceed 23 foot height limit. DADU coverage of backyard appears to exceed 40 percent. Vehicle access to permitted garage portion of DADU physically impossible (nonconforming construction for permitted use?)."Can you please make a on note on permit 6337322 to verify height is per approved plan?(Foundation location & setback inspections passed on 3/14/13.)
