I signed a years lease in August with Bungalow, a corporate landlord. I moved into 2900 S Court St. Seattle WA 98144 RM#3 on July 30th 2025. The house has six bedrooms and three bathrooms. RM#3 is the smallest at $800. RM#4 was coming available and I contacted Bungalow to switch rooms. RM#4 is $900 per month. I paid August rent and deposit. When I logged onto the account to pay September rent there was and additional fee of $52 added my rent. The $52 fee was for the disposal of three twin sized
