Per Online;Hello, I am hearing a loud pitched humming noise that recurs regularly in the west Seattle and beacon hill area. Previously it has been tracked to the Cal Portland plant at 4002 W MarginalWay SW (the system wouldn't find that address). It is 11:30 pm and measuring 80 db from my apartment in beacon hill. Can you follow up? My neighbors and I are having trouble sleeping. Thanks!

Loud drilling work in commercial space in my apartment building is preventing me from being able to do my job. I understand it is within hours, but it is surely over 80 decibels. What mitigation was required when this project was approved? Is there anything that can be done to require them to provide us with notice so that we can seek out hotels or other places to work? Is this a violation of quiet enjoyment of our living space?
