Plumbing does not work in one of the two bathrooms (i.e., problems with sink, toilet, shower). The shower is missing tiles, which is resulting in ongoing problems with leaking. There are rotten floorboards in the downstairs bedroom - 2x4's are framed over foundation. Furthermore, windows to the exterior are not weathertight. Landlord refuses to fix problems.
