I am reporting two violations:1) unpermitted electrical work: owner has installed an extremely bright light in the alley between his property and 2912 2nd Ave N. The owner has repeatedly left the light on throughout the night. The light shines directly onto the property of 2912 and adjacent properties. Complainant alleges that an unpermitted deck in the backyard has been recently finished. The property is in an ECA (see 1044193-VI ?) Also, complainant is concerned about unpermitted electrical work on the premises as well.
