There is an ongoing blackberry/blackberry bush overgrowth problem coming from the neighboring property and spreading onto our property. The blackberry bushes have grown across the property line and continue to encroach onto our side. We have already removed a significant amount of the blackberry vegetation and have taken approximately two truckloads to the dump, but the problem is still extensive and continues to grow back and spread onto our property

Ceiling blew and approximately 100+ gallons of water came through the ceiling into his unit. Tenant cannot be in apartment due to the damage and workers performing repairs. (Tenant has talked with Jim Metz.)
