Complaint: LandLord/Tenant
Opened June 23, 2023
A couple of my roommates moved out. I reached out to the landlord to let him know I still wanted to stay and I would look for new roommates. He told me his 55 yr old sister could be a roommate. I declined being 26 yrs old and would like to find roommates closer to my age. He responded his sister would be renting the entire house. My current lease ends in August and does this fall under the JCEO? What are my rights?6/30/2023 - Spoke with complainant, who reporte
