For three nights in a row, construction workers are creating a noise nuisance long after 10pm and into the night despite the fact that there are 58 residences directly above the plaza where they are working. They NEED TO DO THIS WORK DURING THE DAYTIME WHEN WE ARE NOT TRYING TO SLEEP. This is in direct conflict with reasonable noise ordinance in the city.
