Additionally, one of the laborers (who appears to be DIYers) fell down on the ladder outside, leading to unsafe construction practices

Hot water heater broke, no hot water for 7 days. Issue has been resolved. would like to know rights as a tenant. Owner never offered place to stay. Toilet is not running, causing high water bills. Owner is aware. Tenant has been mistreated. Owner works for big law firm
