Wood, pallets, paint cans, and misc. small junk in the rear and side yard by the carport. Also, weeds encroaching on the alley, makes it hard for complainant to access her house. Complainant stated that she is going to call King Co. Rat Patrol due to rodents; high grass, large piles of yard debris and a dead tree in the yard is attracting pests. The complaint is best viewed from the alley between 29th and 30th St.
