Tenant is residing in an illegal unit since November 2009 which she shares with the landlord. The landlord advertised the unit on Craigslist as a two bedroom unit with the landlord staying there on alternate Tuesdays and Thursdays and only rarely on other occassions. Tenant complains that the landlord starting staying frequently and didn't give any notice. The landlord's ex husband resides in the upper part of the house. No written contract exists.
