The construction site next door is continually blocking my storefront during shop hours. The construction company is Red Hawk Group- 206-282-3000. They have the entire block to the east with plenty of room to load and unload trucks in front of their own site. Instead, they block my building with  one of only two tiny store fronts that really rely on visibility and foot traffic. There is a notable uptick in business on Sunday- the only day they're not loading in front of my shop.

4 massive old growth trees were chopped down Saturday May 15th without a permit. These trees have been there for over 20 year are were at least 20 feet tall.

I live in this apartment building and they cut down the huge trees next to the building today. They didn't want to talk to me about it when I asked if they had a permit. So sad to see these old trees chopped down and nothing put in to replace them.

Crew leveled gravel lot with heavy machinery from 645am to 730am on a Saturday morning. Repetitive noise and shaking of the property machinery until their departure after confrontation by tenants

2-3 ft diameter hole removed from bathroom ceiling to mitigate mold; ceiling never replaced. Caller reports debris falling down and variable temperatures due to the hole. LL/prop mgmt will not repair.
