An individual has broken through a gate into a private, restricted area at the rear of the building and has set up a tent. Address: 2933 2nd Ave, Seattle 98121. Encampment is set up between the fence and the building, next to the parking lot.

Per Online; The second floor of my building has fumes smelling like burning plastic so strong that you cannot breathe in the hallway. It is sleeping into my apartment making me sick. I have complained to the management for over 9 months.

Per Online; My landlord increased my rent during the COVID pandemic, starting 4/1/20. I believe this to be illegal, since the the state of emergency was declared in WA on 2/29/20 and I signed the lease in March.
