For the past 3 nights, twice at 2am and once at midnight, there have been construction vehicles outside and they are working VERY loudly on the road and shining bright lights. This is on 4th Ave N and RIGHT outside our apartment windows.

Floor is sinking in the living room about 1 1/2inches. Mgmt is aware not doing anything about it. Charging tenant fees to break lease. Won't put in another unit. Would like to know rights also
