I am reaching out regarding a complaint against Windsor Queen Anne Community Apartment. Upon move out, several items were falsely noted on the move out inspection, and I was unfairly charged for cleaning and other services. Additionally, the landlord is refusing to apply depreciation and take into consideration the well-documented pre-existing damage to the blinds upon move-in. We recently moved into this unit and discovered it was not cleaned at all, the carpet has urine on them and the water is cloudy. We have a puppy who became itchy after moving in and the vet confirmed it could be the carpet of the new home which has a terrible smell.
