I am reaching out regarding a complaint against Windsor Queen Anne Community Apartment. Upon move out, several items were falsely noted on the move out inspection, and I was unfairly charged for cleaning and other services. Additionally, the landlord is refusing to apply depreciation and take into consideration the well-documented pre-existing damage to the blinds upon move-in.
