Per online complaint "A company called Fair Weather Masonry is performing extremely loud work on the building across the street from our apartment complex as early as 5am on and off for 2 weeks. I believe that this is in violation of city codes as it is loud enough to wake people and is occurring too early in the morning"

Per online complaint: "This site was razed a year ago, but progress stopped likely because of the economic turndown. Holland America Line at 300 Elliott Ave W has been left with an eyesore for the period since. The lot is a pile of junk and rubble strewn with graffitti; a blight on the neighborhood. Avalon Bay should remedy."
