New property manager calling for clarification. Owner has decided to sell, they have properly notified tenant of lease termination at end of lease, effective 8/31. Property manager discovered tenant did not pay pet deposit upon move in. Has reached out, sent certified notice, tenants are ignoring. Would like to explore if installment payment would be allowed, under impression deposit has to be at least 25% of rent to allow for payments. Deposit is $500 rent is $6500. Curious if they are require
