We have been without heat or air conditioning in our unit since October 2025. It is now August 2026 and we have sent several emails and the only response we get is "we are waiting on our warranty team". Another issue is our hot water isn't working at all. So far, the only response is we will have an onsite person look at it. We haven't heard anything for over 24 hours and the hot water still isn't working properly.
