On August 21st, 2022 a new dumpster was placed a street side at 3000 East Spruce Street. It is unsecured and is already overflowing with waste which is blowing into the street and around the neighborhood.

PER ONLINE: The owner apartment complex appears to have a history of failing to make necessary repairs. Now, the landlord has given the tenants notice to vacate in order to complete renovations. However, the notice was not in compliance with the Seattle ordinance requiring 90 days notice nor has relocation assistance been offered.
