We moved to a different apartment unit in Sonata at Colombia Station because the unit was infested with cockroaches. After we moved to a new unit we found more cockroaches in the new unit, which indicated a building-wide infestation. We also discovered black mold and a very strong fishy oder in the washing machine. I did put in a maintenance request to get this cleaned up. Maintenance did come and ran a cleaning cycle with a cleaning agent. He told us that it wasn't black mold and that it was j

Dear Seattle Department of Construction & Inspections,I am submitting a complaint regarding roach infestation, lack of timely pest control, and concerns over cleaning and habitability at my rental unit.
