Trash continues to not be picked up at this address and is overflowing the trash bin and onto the sidewalk. There are rats and unhoused people going through the trash. This is a health issue.

Per Online; Trash is not being removed. This is a problem that has lasted over years now. They have been contacted multiple times by neighbors. I have time-stamped pictures for the past few years. Capitol Crest Apartments.

Trash is overflowing onto the sidewalk from the apartment complex at 301 14th Ave. E.  Seattle, WA 98112.  This is a persistent problem that has been reported a number of times.  The pick-up service is by Republic Trash collection.  The location is challenging for them due to cars parked in front of the trash bin so they often don't pick up and just let the trash overflow.  Building management is unresponsive to the problem.
