PER ONLINE COMPLAINT DATED 1/8/06- The sidewalk on NW corner of 26th and Madison is again being obstructed by vegetation. Leaves and garbage need to be cleared away. This is an ongoing problem and it would be wonderful if it was maintained proactively instead of reactively. The rotting fallen leaves have become slipperly, and as a result have become a hazard to pedestrians and vehicles rounding that corner. The storm drains on this corner appear to be clogged as well, adding to the problem. In
