I don't trust management to makethe promised repairsto a unit I've signed a lease. They saidthere was a majorproblem, possiblemold issues. 11 days before I'm to take possession,they say it won'tbe ready, but norelevant offer ofcompensation. Theyoffered one of theirother properties, buttoo far from son'sschool. What aremy rights?

Per Online; Rainwater creates a waterfall running off of apartment roof onto east side of building which runs onto my property. Drain pipe was previously very leaky but now water runs straight off the roof. See attached video. Does not occur if only light rain or drizzle but even moderate rainfall drains directly off roof.
