PER ONLINE: Velo Apartments (301 E Roy) appears to be doing some construction on the top of the building). It doesn't appear to have any active permits on file. previously they built several antennas on the roof that also do not appear to be permitted. thank you

Per CSB: citing municipal code 23.45.534 (A) I have contacted Cornell & Assoc many times about this issue with no cooperation from them. (contact person at Cornell & Assoc) colin Smith 206.329.0085 ext 125. I have copies of e-mail correspondence to submit if needed. Recently installed (approx 2 months ago) light at the top of the north side of the building, originally without a shield, now has a make-shift shield that reflects the light directly onto the north side of the house at 310 1/2 East
