Per CSB: Neighbor will not fix broken fence boarding walkways; there is freely broken planks, rusting and protruding nails. Seattle Municipal Code?Chapter 15.18 Dangerous Structures on Adjoining Property. I need this fixed before someone is accidentally injured.
