Kitchen sink backed up and water mixed with sewage was shooting into the air. Part of the problem has been fixed. There's still a strong odor of sewage in the bedroom that the owner never bothered to take care of. Other problems that need fixing are- front door is rotted; balcony is rotting and ready to fall down; bathroom floor is also rotted. Lots of water damage.9/10/04- Contractors came today to repair the door and removed the balcony because the wood and the whole place is infested with te
