CONSTRUCTION--per CSB--3012 21st Avenue South. There is a down power line. It is only approx 5'7" off the ground. This is a safety hazard. We need the city to come and inspect the construction going on at 3012 21st Avenue south. Insulation, debris, possible lead paint, downed power line...health concerns. Down power line

CONSTRUCTION--per CSB--Insulation. Two workers came and blew in insulation Sunday night and now neighbors are having problems breathing. We have a concern there are no permits pulled, the work is not being inspected, the workers are leaving debris everywhere, our health is being compromised. Inspect possible unpermitted construction site.

Per Online: On 6/16/2019 after 9:00pm we heard noise & noticed people working on an attic removing insulation. There was a big pile of insulation out in the open, we did not see any vacuum. We had all of our windows open because of the heat & two people at home complaining of irritable eyes.  We wonder if the removal of insulation was properly done?
